Privacy notice
Written to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Aventris' counsel provides the final wording.
- What we collect
- When you register we collect your name, work email, mobile number, company and job title, and a record of your payment. During the program we record your attendance and, on completion, your certificate. We do not collect government IDs, dates of birth or health information.
- Why we collect it
- To enroll you in a cohort, confirm your payment, run your sessions, record your completion and issue your certificate. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately.
- Who can see it
- Institute staff with a role that needs it: administrators see enrollments and payments; facilitators see attendance for their own cohorts. Your certificate's public verification page shows only your name, program, cohort, issue date and status.
- Where it is kept
- On servers in Singapore operated by our hosting providers, with daily backups. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; card details never reach the Institute.
- Your rights
- Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Write to privacy@aventrisglobal.com. We answer within fifteen working days.
- If something goes wrong
- If a breach affects your data we notify the National Privacy Commission and you within 72 hours of learning of it.
